Meet the Team
SkillTech Global is led by Ralph Finch who has a comprehensive and diversified crafts background. Ralph started his trades (crafts) career as a multi-ticketed certified A Welder, Fabricator, and Steamfitter (Pipefitter) – Canada Red Seal. For 20 years, he has taught in the British Columbia College and University system as a Welding Instructor. Ralph has also served as the Provincial Coordinator of Mechanical and Metal Fabrication programs for the Ministry of Advanced Education and Job Training.
From 1995 to 2009, Ralph was the Dean of the School of Trades (Crafts) and Technology at Thompson Rivers University. Ralph has provided the University and clients with his expertise in the international and domestic craft skills needs and assessments. He has shared his knowledge with organizations is Canada, the U.S., Jamaica, China, India, Chile and Guyana. Ralph uses a hands-on, practical based approach to assessing workforce skills inventory, enabling Industry to accurately determine, prioritize and implement training requirements.
Dr. C. Neil Russell has over 30 years experience at the senior executive level as President and Vice President Academic in Post Secondary education and training. He has worked at the System, University and Community College level. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, program development and implementation, quality assessment, facility design and institutional capacity building. Neil has worked in Canada, the U.S., Southeast Asia, South America and Africa.
Nick Martin has over 50 years of experience in welding instruction, consulting, in-plant training and has worked in the mining, pulp mill and hydro electric generating industries. He has taught at the Community College level and has international teaching experience in Turkey, Bahrain, the U.S., and Jamaica. He has experience in performing workforce assessments, curriculum design and training programs.

Radomir Zsamboki has 33 years experience in millwright instruction, consulting, in-plant training and has worked in mining, pulp mill, oil and gas refinery, and manufacturing industries. He has done in-pant instruction in Guyana and Jamaica. He has worked in Europe, South America and Jamaica and has experience in performing plant, equipment and employee skills assessments.

Orest Zerebeski is a Mechanical Engineer (BSc.) with 38 years of experience in Industrial Engineering and Maintenance Management in Pulp & Paper, Mining and Consulting industries in Canada, the United States and Jamaica.
His main accomplishments include implementation of Maintenance Systems including Planning and Scheduling, Preventive/Predictive/Reliability systems, implementation of Craft/Trade Apprenticeships, Turnaround/Shutdown Management, Maintenance Budgeting and Cost Control systems, Maintenance Supervision and Skills Training, Maintenance Auditing and Improvement Processes, Contractor and Materials Management.
